It is a true embodiment of <em>ichigo-ichie<\/em>\u2014a once-in-a-lifetime encounter.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>A Rare Ryujin Cedar Counter<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our counter is crafted from <em>Ryujin-sugi<\/em>, cedar grown deep in the mountains of Wakayama. This wood is extremely rare, and finding it as a single slab is even rarer.<br \/>\nWe carefully selected the most stable part of the tree, known as <em>masa<\/em>, and shaped it into a counter from a single piece. The gentle character of cedar brings a natural warmth\u2014something you can even feel when resting your hand upon it.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Delighting in the Counter Experience<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At times, we recommend the counter even to guests who initially request a table. While some may feel a little nervous at first, they often leave with a smile, saying, \u201cI\u2019m glad we chose the counter.\u201d<br \/>\nMoments like these remind us how meaningful this space truly is.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Hospitality in Every Detail<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kaiseki is not only about the food\u2014it also embraces the vessels, the atmosphere, and even the very counter itself.<br \/>\nThrough this Ryujin cedar counter, we hope to offer each guest a unique and memorable experience.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We warmly invite you to enjoy the special moments that can only be found across the counter.
